What a blessed assurance we have in Christ. We are in a relationship with the one who has sworn on the highest level to never leave or forsake us. Our Savior has already done everything necessary to convince us of His perfect, unbreakable love by coming to earth, dying for us, and rising again. Our salvation is not secured by our own wavering faithfulness, but by His faithfulness to Himself and His promises. Therefore, because of this great news, we must hold fast to our confession without wavering and not neglect meeting together. Let's consider how to stir one another up to love and good works, all the more as the day of Christ's return draws near.
