No One is Stronger than Me

"

If you could lose your salvation, you would. The only reason you continue forward is because Jesus has promised that you would. Jesus tells us, "Father is greater than all, and no one will snatch them out of His hands," and "they will never perish," and elsewhere in the Word we are told that "nothing can separate us from the love of Christ," and that we have been "sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is a guarantee of our inheritance." If you could lose your salvation, you would. But you won't, because it is not yours to lose. It is kept in heaven for you by the power of God until the day you receive it. ABOUT THIS SERIES: The Gospel of John was written "that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing in Him you may have life in His Name" (John 20.30). The Apostle John, as an eyewitness and close friend of Jesus', desires for us to behold His beauty, love, and glory, and believe in His power and willingness to being forgiveness and life. As we journey through the Gospel of John, we will behold the life, teachings, works, and ministry of Jesus, and will hear straight from Him who He said He is, so that we would more deeply put our hope and trust in the Man who is God.
