Partnership in the Gospel

"

Paul's letter to the Philippians is a deeply personal letter written to a church that he started 10 years previous under unlikely circumstances. The letter is an encouragement for more brotherly unity, to pursue joy in all circumstances, and to see and hold Christ as more precious than anything else. It's a letter that each Christian and every church needs to hear and believe for deep heart change and to see God's glory in their lives in the most powerful and unlikely ways.In this sermon, Paul's affection greeting to the Philippians is punctuated by his encouragement to them for their continued and consistent support, love, and care for him. The common passion they share for the Gospel is the central tenet of their partnership. How can we, the church, seek to have a legacy like that of the Philippians as we seek out to be deeply partnering with the Gospel with others, especially the local church, in our lives today?
