How to Pray in a Way that Changes You

"

Oftentimes, we feel like we are running on empty, or just spinning our wheels in the mud. We know what we need to do, but we can't seem to achieve it. We look here to see how we as a church are going to be investing in equipping in practical ways in order to see real change: growing in our habits of being in the Word of God, deepening our prayer life, and learning how to disciple others. In this sermon, we look particularly at how we pray in a way that actually changes us, not just approaching God with a grocery list, and not in a way that leaves us just as empty as before. How should we pray, then? What makes prayer more effective? What makes prayer life changing?
