You are always "at work." Whether you at work looking out for your own interests, or the interests of others, we are always living out life with various motivations. When it comes to the people in our lives, we are either serving them, or looking for ways for them to serve us. We are either aiming to share Jesus with them, or we have already written them off as someone who would never believe. Jesus was also always at work, but He was always about the work of His Father's Kingdom. And He gives His followers instruction to not just sow a seed here and there and just sit around and wait, but to always be in the field, reaping a harvest even that others have sown. God has put many people in our lives to bless and share Jesus with. We look to Him to be our example of perfect Kingdom Work Ethic.
