The Joyful Freedom of Confession (and How to Repent)

"

In this sermon, we see that unconfessed or even unrecognized sin (blind spots) robs us of joy. We walk around life like there is a heavy weight upon us, a weight of guilt, shame, or feeling like a hypocrite. Confession brings a joyful freedom, and also paves the way for more joy from other conduits and avenues in life (for example, it's hard to enjoy the blessing of deep friendship if you know you are not being honest).
