Life Mission Church is a Bible-teaching non-denominational Christian church in Escondido, officially launched on January 6, 2013. Simply put, we want to give people from every background, age, culture and lifestyle the tools and teaching they need to live out the life that God hopes and desires for them, worshiping Jesus together as His children.
We would love to have you join us on a Sunday morning! You can stop by our Connection Booth and one of our team members will point you in the right direction and answer any questions you may have. Read more about what to expect on a typical Sunday, here.
Parking: As a guest, we have priority parking available for you. Look for the signs that say “Newcomer Parking” along the front curbs on Kalmia St. and Pennsylvania Ave. View our campus map to help find your way around:
Our children's ministry, Kids on Mission (commonly referred to as "KOM") is a big part of our church. We have classes for kids from newborns all the way through Junior High, and we start every Sunday morning with worship followed by a lesson that points the kids towards Jesus and helps root them in the Word of God.
All of our KOM team members have been screened with a background check for extra security. If your child is visiting KOM for the first time, a team member will walk you through registering them with our check-in system. Try to arrive about 10 minutes before the service starts to get your children checked-in in time for the adult worship.
When you come on a Sunday you will be given a Connection Card. We use these cards as a simple way to welcome you to the church and/or better help you find what you’re looking for. You can either place your card in the offering basket during the service, bring it to the Connection Booth outside, or you can Fill Out a card online. We love getting these cards and hope to hear from you!
We have these get-togethers every few months at Pastor Jobey and his wife Katie’s home. You’ll get to know our pastors and some of the other ministry leaders over dessert, hear our story, and ask any questions you may have. If you'd like to come to our next Newcomer's Dessert you can email Kim Roberson at
You can also read more about us in our Newcomer's Guide:
Community is an important vehicle that drives our church and is a great way to get connected with others in the church. Our Community Groups are neighborhood-based and are the best way to build real friendships, be encouraged in your day-to-day life, and have the opportunity to take each sermon deeper into your heart through discussion and study.
If you’re not connected with other growing believers in the church, sign up for a Community Group today. We can say with full confidence, you WON’T regret it! You can Email Pastor Eric Price at with any questions, or fill out a connection card.
